We hold personal information in two places, ‘the website’ and ‘the database’.
‘The website’ refers to the platform we use to run thekeepproductions.com. ‘The database’ is the platform we use to collect and store email addresses of people that want to receive marketing communications from us, namely our email newsletter.
The database
We use the database to send these marketing emails to people who have given us their information and consented to receive communications from us. We also use the database to send transactional emails to customers who have made purchases directly from The Keep Productions. Any person can unsubscribe and be removed from the database at any time with immediate effect, by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in the footer of the last marketing email they received and confirming their un-subscription.
The website
The website only stores cookies in order to improve website performance. No person data is stored via the website.
